About The "Round Top/Highway 237 Antique Trail"
One of Texas' most important and finest antique events occurs in the Spring and Fall of each year.
The original Round Top Antiques Fair started over forty years ago at Rifle Hall in the small farming town of Round Top, Texas. The matriarch of this show was Emma Lee Turney.
Countless numbers of people from across the United States descend upon several small Texas towns along the famed Texas Highway 237 corridor, including the cities of Round Top, Warrenton, Carmine and Fayetteville. The sixty-plus independently operated shows run simultaneously within an approximate two-week period of time.
The enormity of the Round Top Shows is mind-boggling and turns a normally sleepy farmland community into a mega antiques emporium with hundreds of dealers and thousands of excited antique buying enthusiasts.
